1. How do I choose the right size?

Check the size chart on the product page and compare it with a garment you already own. For an oversized fit, choose your usual size. 

2. What sizes does DUGAZI offer?

DUGAZI offers sizes from S to XXL. Each product has its own size chart, so check the product measurements before ordering.

3. What fabric do you use?

We use 100% Combed Cotton. DUGAZI focuses on comfortable, structured fabrics made for everyday wear.

4. Are DUGAZI products 100% cotton?

Where mentioned, the product is made from 100% cotton. Please check the product description for exact fabric details.

5. How should I wash DUGAZI products?

Wash inside out with similar colors. Use cold water and mild detergent. Do not bleach. Dry away from harsh direct sunlight. Iron inside out, especially over prints.

6. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 working days, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders across serviceable pincodes.

9. Do you offer exchanges?

Size exchanges may be available depending on stock availability. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

10. Do you accept returns?

We do not accept Returns.

11. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

12. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

13. When will sold-out products restock?

Some pieces may restock depending on demand. Follow us on Instagram or sign up for updates to know about restocks first.
