We provide detailed size charts for each category of clothing on our website. Each product page includes specific measurements to help you select the perfect fit.
How should I care for my DUGAZI clothes?
Always check the care label on each garment before washing. General care instructions include:
-Wash in cold water to preserve colours and fabric integrity
-Turn garments inside out before washing
-Use mild detergent without bleach or optical brighteners
- Air dry in shade when possible
-Iron at appropriate temperature settings as indicated on care labels
Can I machine wash all DUGAZI items?
Most DUGAZI pieces are machine washable, but always check the individual care label.
 How do I prevent my clothes from fading?
Wash dark colours separately, use cold water, avoid direct sunlight when drying, and dissolve detergent in water before adding clothes.

When will my order arrive?
You can expect your items to arrive by the estimated delivery date, which is shown for each item during checkout. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Please also note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

How do I return my Dugazi® order?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dugazi® purchase, but we are happy to accept returns of your item(s) up to 5 days after the date of delivery
If I want to exchange an item for a different size or colour, how do I do that?
You can exchange an item for a different size or colour up to 5 days after date of delivery.
 What is your return policy?
You have up to 5 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Items must not be damaged or show signs of use. All labels (as originally attached by the manufacturer) cannot be removed. These serve as a guarantee for both the customer and the brand. Returns are free. For more information, see our RETURN POLICY .
How and when can I receive my refund?
Your refund should be credited to your bank account within 8-14 business days after receiving the items. The speed of the refund depends on the issuing bank and is beyond our control. For more information, contact your bank
What if my order arrives damaged?
If an item reveals manufacturing or material defects, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone. You have 7 days after purchase to return the item. This applies only to normal use, not abuse or accidental damage.

 Can I buy from Dugazi and give it as a gift?
Now you can buy at Dugazi, ask for delivery to the address of the person you're giving the gift to, and we'll send you a gift receipt along with your order. Just select the “buy as a gift” option at Checkout.
How can I track my package?
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account; select “recent orders” followed by “order details.” From there, you will be able to see if the order is awaiting fulfillment or has shipped.
