2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
ELIGIBILITY
- Account holder on the platform shall be of at least 18 years of age
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Use of the Platform by minors (under 18) requires parental consent and supervision
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- One person may maintain only one active account
ACCOUNT TERMINATION
- You may deactivate your account at any time through account settings
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

- Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent information
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without authorization
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
- Interfere with Platform functionality or other users' experiences
- Post inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate intellectual property rights
USER-GENERATED CONTENT
- You retain ownership of content you submit
- You grant Dugazi a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content for business purposes
- Content must comply with community guidelines and applicable laws
- We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your submissions

PRICING
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
